Say it!

When you’re down
Just say you need words of comfort
Words that won’t drift to heal
But words that are sincerely expressed
Exhaled through hearts that feel

When you’re exhausted
Just say you need a little time for yourself
The little time to recuperate
But rest with a free mind
Arresting the moments of unimagined fatigue

When you’re joyful
Just cheer another soul
The little cheer is worth every second
But cheer with the simplest genuinity
Making hearts touched and hope renewed

When you’re feeling on top of the world
Just enjoy the free air that you breathe
The air that keeps everything and everyone hale
But rise to the occasion when it’s threatened and polluted
For the air we breathe is like a borrowed world from our children
